食品干燥设备特点:
采用空中轨道传输方式或地面推导车,从冷冻至冷冻干燥直至卸料,即卫生又安全。
采用独特设计的铝合金型材加热板和表面氧极氧化处理,比一般传导供热具有三倍以上的高辐射效益。因此,更适合于含水量多的物料冻干。
加热板为国内独一无三的整体形结构,符合食品卫生要求和杜绝了加热了加热板的渗漏。
换热系统选用进吕SUS316板式换热器,其传热系数为壳管式换热器的三倍以上,能在较短时间内达到所需的工作温度。
制冷系统选用经济器螺杆机组,能达到-30c~45c低温。为使水蒸汽结霜均匀,采用氨泵强制供液方式,及时应对升华初中期大量水蒸汽负荷。
初期排气和常时排采用“II级罗茨泵+I级罗茨泵+大气喷射水环泵”型式,并以二种不同抽速组合的机组,以满足不同真空工艺的排气要求。
干燥库内设有一特定重量测定机构并针对一料架车(专利申请中),保证了物料干燥后的残余含水量,缩短了冻干周期。
电气控制核心系统采用进口三菱PLC可编程序控制器,操作界面选用日本DIGITAL公司的触摸屏,系统设有冻干曲线和时序曲线设定、贮存、修改、提取和输出功能,可实现冻干过程自控制。系统不仅配有联锁装置和气压、超温、真空、断水电报警,还配有故障提示功能和动力部件运行模拟图,及西门子许可证三相断路器和交流继电器等。
The material is transferred by means of aerial
railway or gorund guiding trolley from freezing
to freezing drying and till unloading,assuring the
sanitation and safety.
Adopting the unique technologies of heating plate
of aluminum profile and surface anode oxidation
treatment,its radiating efficiency is 3 times bigger
than normal way of heat conducting.Thuns it is more
suitable for freezing drying of material with rich
moisture.
The heating plate has unique unitary structure,meeting
the requirement of food sanitation and avoiding
its leakage.
The heat supplying system adopts the imported
SUS316 plate type heat exchanger,with the heat transferring
coefficient 3 times bigger than the shell&tube
type exchanger,facilitating the system to reach
to required working temperature in shorter time.
Refrigerating system adopts economical screw unit.The
lowest temperature can reach to -30c~45c.To equalize
frosting of water vapour,the ammonia pump forced
supplying of fluid is adopted for regulation fo
heavy water vapour load during the early and mid
stage of sublimation.
Gas evacuation in the initial stage and regular
time adopts the system of"Secondary Roots Pump+Air
Jet water circulation pump",plus units with
two different axle speed,to meet thevarious requirements
of gas exhaust of vacuum process.
There is one specific weighting system for one
material trolley(patent applicationg is ongoing),assuring
the residue water content after drying of material,shortening
the cycle time of freezing drying.
The core system of electric control adopts imported
Mitusbishi PLC.The operating interface uses touch
screen provided by the japanese DIGITAL Company.The
system sets up the freezing drying curve and timing
curve with the functions of setting,storing,modification,accessand
ouput,realizing the automated control during the
freezing drying process.The system is also equipped
with inerlock device and alaming devices on air
pressure,overtemperature,vacuum and water&electricity
off-cutting.In additiong,there are faults finding
function and running simulation map for powering
units,and three phase breaker and AC relay with
the license of Siemens.
